I'm clean/sober/non smoker, even pot for 11years 4 months. I have physical, emotional & neurological limitations with help from my gf/partner & my own accord I manage well. I'm diabetic so watching sugars
& carbs are important. But, who doesn't enjoy a great hand dipped hard ice cream waffle cone?
